AIA Research Academy Mentoring Program for Prospective Mentees

The AIA Research Academy Mentoring Program is designed to connect experienced professionals with emerging aromatherapy researchers to drive personal growth. Through guidance and training, mentors help mentees build essential skills, expand their knowledge, and deepen their understanding of research. This supportive relationship fosters both professional development and confidence, empowering mentees to succeed in their academic and career goals. 

This session will provide an overview of the Research Academy Mentoring Program for people who want to be mentored.

Bruce R. Boynton, MD, PhD, is the AIA North Carolina Representative and a member of the AIA Board of Directors. He has had a distinguished career as a Naval Officer, pediatrician, researcher, editor, and hospital administrator. He studied at Aromahead Institute, Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy and The Heal Center in Atlanta, GA. He is the Editor of the Journal of Health and Human Experience.
