Carol Scheidel, BSN, RN, CCAP is the owner and CEO of R.J. Buckle Associates, a clinical aromatherapy education, ‘M’ Technique® and consulting organization. She has been teaching clinical aromatherapy & ‘M’ Technique® since 2005.

Carol has presented at national and international conferences. Carol’s nursing experience includes hospital based aromatherapist, staff nurse, educator, nursing manger, critical care, emergency, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and nurse ethicist.

Carol has been an active member of Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA) since 2011, She has served on the AIA Board of Directors in various positions since 2015. Her other professional associations are American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA), International Clinical Aromatherapy Network (ICAN), International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA), and National Association of Holistic Aromatherapists (NAHA).

Carol lives in Fort Worth, Texas, USA with her husband, Tom. They have 5 children (3 are currently serving in the US military), 5 grandchildren, 4 grand-dogs, and 2 grand-kitties.
