Picking the Right Journal for Publishing

This webinar helps potential publishers navigate the minefield of choosing the right journal for their work. Aromatherapists publish for many reasons and there are many options- what is best for you? Topics will include: what are journal rankings, formats, how much does it cost, what is a paywall? What is a publishing charge plus much more.

Wendy is an experienced registered nurse and academic, researcher and aromatherapy practitioner. She holds New Zealand's first doctorate where aromatherapy was explored in a  clinical setting. Wendy has published widely internationally over the last 30 years. Wendy taught aromatherapy and integrative health care and currently works full time in as an academic in health in a University in New Zealand as well as running a consulting company called Aromatic Adventures. Wendy is on the Executive Committee of the NZ Register of Holistic Aromatherapists, is a Fellow of ICAN (International Clinical Aromatherapy Network) and on the International Scientific Committee for the Gattefosse Foundation, and a reviewer for a number of journals. Wendy is passionate about advancing evidence based Aromatherapy.
