This presentation features a discussion on the menopause and perimenopause experience, including symptoms and the emotional toll, and how aromatherapy can support the process.

I am a licensed massage therapist, certified aromatherapist and educator. I have had over two decades of experience in the spa and massage industry, and developed credentialed continuing education for massage therapists looking to safely utilize aromatherapy. I am a member in good standing with the AIA, and am a continuing education provider for the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy, the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and the Federation of State Massage Boards. I am member of the Alliance for Massage Therapy Educators and the New York State Society of Medical Massage Therapists. I am an instructor at North Country Community College in Saranac Lake, New York and own a day spa in the Adirondacks.
