I'm a devoted mother and seasoned nurse with over 25 years of experience. My journey into clinical aromatherapy began from a place of love and dedication to my autistic son, who has faced challenges with meltdowns and sleep. Searching for gentle, natural ways to support his well-being, I discovered the world of essential oils and witnessed the remarkable impact they could have on his comfort and daily life.

To deepen my understanding, I graduated from the Aroma Apothecary Healing Arts Academy, where I became a certified Clinical Aromatherapist. This knowledge empowered me not only to help my son but also to extend support to others navigating their own wellness journeys. Aromatherapy became a way to connect on a deeper level, using nature’s gifts to bring calm, balance, and peace.

Today, I’m a professional member of AIA (Alliance of International Aromatherapists) & a Level 3 NAHA (National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy) member, committed to promoting safe and effective aromatherapy practices. Alongside my work, I volunteer with a local non-profit autism charity, dedicated to supporting families like ours.

For me, this work is about connection, healing, and honoring each individual’s story. I believe in the power of working in harmony with traditional healthcare, encouraging open communication and a holistic approach to wellness. I view aromatherapy as a supportive pathway, bringing an added layer of care to life’s journey.
