The use of essential oils has been mostly focused on physical ailments and views the oils as products. Cathy has developed a holistic, intuitive approach for partnering with the oils as living allies for healing and transforming the entire psyche, which includes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. The oils are living teachers, the embodiment of the souls of the plants and we can learn from the oils what they know, not just what they do. They can help us become aware of the parts of ourselves we are unconscious of and thus move towards the sacred inner union, the holistic definition of health.

My workshops and consultations here in New Mexico, internationally and online help clients learn how to use the senses, depth psychology, journeying and much more to peel away the layers, heal deep-seated and ancestral traumas and explore their entirety.
