These agencies are dedicated to patient safety, health equality, and improving health outcomes.

Donna Audia is a board-certified holistic nurse and Integrative Care Team Lead at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Donna develops and implements integrative care plans for patients and their families, and she provides staff education on aromatherapy and integrative care. She championed the creation of the hospital's aromatherapy policy.

Michelle Cohen is a licensed massage therapist, certified pediatric massage therapist, and a clinical aromatherapist. She is a member of the Integrative Care Team at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where she provides integrative care modalities to patients, families, and staff.
